Okay, a little underwhelmed but again, choosing to focus on the positive. I did lose, but there will be no picture today I'm sad to say. I know it's hard for me to lose weight but, man, I really worked at it this week! BUT I did lose and I will try to keep focusing on that. So here are the stats:
~ 1.0 lb lost this week
~9.0 lbs total loss
I have been doing Weight Watchers for 35 days.
I am starting my 6th week of consistent exercise.
I exercised 5 days out of 7 last week.
Some days I ate more fruits and vegetables.
I drink well over 8 glasses of water per day.
I do not drink soda-this was before WW (but I do allow myself a diet coke every once in awhile)
I conquered negative thoughts twice in one day last week and felt like I really accomplished something.
I zipped my Church pants a little easier Sunday. Didn't have to suck in as much. Nice! You know what I'm talking about.
I didn't feel like I was going to split my pants when bendng or sitting at Church.
My capri jeans were a teeny bit looser in the booty and waist.
I ran for 25 minutes yesterday....and felt great.
My goals for this week:
Keep up the exercise, want another 5 day week.
Maintain my water intake.
Focus on my diet more and add more fruits and vegies.
Any pasta, switch to whole grain or whole wheat.
