Another week has passed. I finally lost again. Whew!

Total Lost~ 12.0 lbs
I'm revamping my eating. :) Cutting out processed sugars mainly. I think it's helping. My body is addicted to sugar. Getting off of it is not easy. But I will do it.
~ I did get 3 days of exercise in.
~I'm at a new number on the scale that I haven't seen in 2 years I think. Or almost 2 years.
~If I lose 4 more lbs I will be at a number I haven't seen in what seems like forever.
~ If I lose 6 lbs, well, I really can't remember that number! ha
~ I will lose. But even better is the fact that I am running again. I have really missed it. I need to decide when I will have the surgery on my foot, because there is a great deal of pain. Maybe when I'm half way to my goal?? We'll see!
