Well, no good news to report. I meant to do this Tuesday but I'm just so busy right now. I gained this week. 5 lbs!!! crazy. So, I'm trying not to be disheartened because I'll just give up just like in the past. Even though I gained there were some postives:
~ Increased my water intake. I drink alot of water-this is great.
~Still eating more fruits and vegetables
~ cut processed sugar
~ ran for 29 minutes solid.
I did pull a muscle in my upper back last week and couldn't run for several days, maybe that had something to do with it.
I'm just not sure what happened. I'm a little suspicious of my thyroid. If I gain this week then I'm going to get it checked. That's it for now.
